ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Find that the Task Status LOV has just one value in Create Service Request form.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with Field Service Manager responsibility and open Create Service Request form.
2. Create a new service request and a task.
3. Open the Task Status LOV, but the LOV has just one value.
