ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Pick Release form is not launched from menu when invoked from line details window
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Pick Release form should be getting launched from menu when invoked from line details window.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query any sales Order which is not yet pick released in Shipping transaction screen
2. Select any delivery detail with status: Ready to release
3. Click on Details button
4. from the lines ( details) screen, navigate to Tools > click on "Pick Release Form"
5. Pick Release Form is not launched
