On : 12.2.9 version, Repair Execution

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When attempting to create a job for a service order, the Accounting Class defaults to 'REP' value and users are not able to change it.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to select from LOV an accounting class defined for the organization where the service order is created.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with Depot Repair Manager responsibility.
2. Create a service order.
3. Generate the logistics lines.
4. Receive the item.
5. Go to Repair Job.
6. Open the Accounting Class LOV.
