Symptoms
On : 12.2.9 version, Spares Logistics
When trying to create a part requirement for a task, the following error occurs:
ERROR

1 Value for orig_system_reference must be unique
2 The following error occurred while processing the order: Value for orig_system_reference must be unique. Action: Please do the required setup or correct the error
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in with Field Service Manager responsibility.
2. Open Create Service Request form and create a new service request.
3. Go to Tasks tab and create a new task.
4. Click on Parts button and create a part requirement for the task.
