R12.2 Compensation Workbench - Allocation Column Headers Are Not Wrapping

Symptoms
Actual Behavior:
When viewing Compensation Workbench (CWB) Allocation Page worksheet - longer column headers should wrap when multiple words are used.
Currently they are not wrapping as expected in 12.2.10.
Expected Behavior
In 12.1.3 these used to wrap.
We expect the same in 12.2.10.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Compensation Workbench for Administrators > Select and switch to a manager > Compensation Allocations task
2. In Allocation page - review column header names - some are long with multiple words - these should be consolidating and wrapping and are not.
