Goal

When allocating pay increases within Compensation Workbench (CWB), the system allows pay increases which violate the grade maximum pay range.

How does this functionality work to limit the pay change amount?

Steps to replicate:

1. Navigate to Compensation Workbench for Administrators responsibility.
2. Move to the Allocation task and allocate a pay increase to an individual.
     The Grade of this individual should have a maximum set to below the new salary based on the CWB allocation.
      There is no validation error indicating that the salary increase violates the grade maximum.
