Unable To Pick Release The Sales Order From Release Sales Order Form Due to Defaulted Values in "scheduled ship date to" and "request date to" (Doc ID 2874353.1)

Symptoms



Find that order lines are not being pick released.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect lines to be pick released based on criteria entered on the form.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User (or equivalent)
2. Navigate to: Shipping > Release Sales Orders > Release Sales Orders
3. Using the order / release rule, run the Pick Release process.
4. The 'Pick Selection List Generation' logfile shows Pick selection completed successfully
    however the lines of the order have not been pick released.

Recently upgraded 12.1.3 > 12.2.10
