On : 12.1.3 version
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After upgrading from 12.1.2 to 12.1.3 the Cost Manager is not costing transactions. Inventory Transactions are stuck with an error:
CSTPACIN.COST_INV_TXN:CSTPACDP.inv_cost_txn (45): ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called
Navigation Path:
1.Using Inventory Responsibility
2.Navigation:Inventory>Transactions>View Material Transactions
3.In the find Parameter Window clear the 'Transaction Dates' fields and choose 'Error' from the 'Costed' field
4.Click on Find button
5.There are inventory transactions stuck with error.
6.On Reason, Reference Tab the Error Explanation field shows Error Message: CSTPACDP.inv_cost_txn (45): ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called
