ATO Lines Remain In Awaiting Fulfillment Status With Option / Class Lines That are Stuck in Booked Status

Symptoms
After Shipping order, two lines remain in status:AWAITING_FULFILLMENT (Lines for ATO model and configuration).
The delivery associated to these order lines has been shipped and closed.
Issue is intermittent and cannot be replicated.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Line workflow should have progressed beyond AWAITING_FULFILLMENT.
In most cases, this would mean that all lines associated to the ATO Model should have closed.
