Goal

How can one end date a qualifier on a price list which has grouping number = 1 as such that the price list may still be used by other Customers?

Example:
Price list is setup with multiple qualifiers in grouping number = 1
Grouping Number Qualifier Context Qualifier Attribute: Operator  Value From    End Date
1                          Customer XXX    Customer Number NOT =    ABC              26-May-2022
1                          Customer XXX    Customer Number NOT =    DEF              Null (no value)

When price list qualifier with NOT= operator is end dated, price is not flowing for any of the items available in pricelist irrespective of qualified condition.
This is blocking the items to qualify when called on sales order.

Price is flowing 2 conditions only when
1. End date is removed
or
2.Qualifier line record is deleted.

Business does not want to delete the record for end dated qualifier
How can they achieve this requirement?
