When attempting to download data from HRMS using WEBADI getting 0 Records download message
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

WEBADI should be able to download the eligible data
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Desktop Integration responsibility
2. Select "Create Document"
3. Provide the appropriate integrator and other parameters as required
4. Select Create button
