Symptoms
When attempting to download data using WEBADI getting 0 Records download message
While the expectation is that WEBADI should be able to download the eligible data
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Desktop Integration responsibility
2. Select "Create Document"
3. Provide the appropriate integrator and other parameters as required
4. Select Create button
