(Doc ID 2874857.1)
Last updated on JUNE 07, 2022
Applies to:
Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework - Version 12.2.11 and laterInformation in this document applies to any platform.
Goal
Why are some Operation Attributes not available via Oracle Enterprise Command Center (ECC) - Metadata Calculated Attributes?
Summary of Issue
--------------------
Limited number of operations available under Metadata Calculated Attributes (please refer to the attachment):
1. Subtracting one date attribute from another is not allowed. Either the attribute must be subtracted from the date or the date must be subtracted from the attribute.
2. The only arithmetic operation available is the minus (-). The addition (+) operator is unavailable.
Scenario:
----------
There is a need to perform the subtraction (-) operation when a SLA (Service Level Agreement) metric is required for fulfillment.
The calculation would be Shipped Date - Order Date. If the date is more than agreed SLA date, the value would then be displayed
in red (or some other color).
On the other hand, the addition (+) operation would be required an expected delivery needs to be calculated. In this case, the
calculation might be shipped date + transit time.
