Symptoms

Actual Behavior

Engineering Change Order Implementation related concurrent request is completing with error when attempting to implement change order.

Expected Behavior

System should be able to successfully implement change against change order.
 
Error

Following error is seen in the log file.

 After: ENG_IMPL_ITEM_CHANGES_PKG.impl_item_changes: Return Status=S

Normal end of acknowledgement part

Total number of items going to process: 1
********* Update_BSB_Req_Id_Orig procedure End - Success *********


Steps

1) Open Engineering change order (ECO) form (Navigation: Engineering --> ECOs --> ECOs).
2) Query the ECO.
3) Implement the ECO (Navigation: Tools -> Implement).
4) A concurrent program 'Engineering Change Order Implementation' will be launched in the background.
5) Find that the program ends in warning and ECO is not implemented.
