Benefits ACA Correction Archive Process - GRE LOV Not Populating

Symptoms
Actual Behavior:
When launching the "Benefits ACA Correction Archive Process" after receiving and uploading the IRS error file,
the LOV for GRE is not populating, therefore we cannot launch the process.
Expected Behavior:
Expect to view the GRE values in LOV as we have done all pre-requisite steps for Correction Process to run.
Steps to Replicate:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to US SUper HRMS Manager > Processes and Reports > Submit
2. Attempt to Launch Concurrent request : Benefits ACA Correction Archive Process
See that the GRE LOV does not have any values populated
