Job Material Requirements Are Not Visible For Job Component Loaded Thorugh Wip Mass Load (Doc ID 2875096.1)

After adding material requirements via Wip Mass Load, the following fields are null in the material requirements form: department, date required, yield.

The mentioned fields should get defaulted if not specified in wip_job_dtls_interface.

Steps to reproduce:

1. [Responsibility] Manufacturing and Distribution Manager
2. Work In Process
3. Concurrent requests: Wip Mass Load -> Run the program for the
respective group id
4. Discrete Job -> Query the Job
5. Components -> Material Requirements -> observed the empty fields
