Symptoms
In the Project -->Performance Obligations page the following error is encountered:
Error
Program error. Please inform your support representative that the descriptive flexfield JG_PA_PROJ_ELEMENT_VERSIONS in the application JG could not be found.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Using a Projects Federal responsibility navigate to Projects:Delivery --> Project List
2. Select the Project Number from the list.
3. When the Project opens select the Performance Obligations sub tab.
