In Transact Move Order Screen The Flexfields Of The Allocated Serial No Are Emptied (Doc ID 2875350.1)

On : 12.2.10 version, Material Move Orders

Actual behavior

In the Transact Move Order screen the flexfields of the allocated serial numbers are emptied when the move order is transacted.

If the sales order is released and Autocreate Delivery is set Yes and Auto Pick Confirm is set to Yes, the flexfields are not emptied.

Expected behavior

The flexfields of the serial number should not be emptied.

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Inventory responsibility
1. Setup the flexfield for Serial Number.
2. Define an item that is serial controlled.
3. Create stock for item.
4. Enter value for flexfield on the serial.
5. Create an internal order for the item.
6. Release the sales order
7. Retrieve the move order Sales Order
8. View/Update Allocation for the given move order line
9. Select “Lot / Serial” move order line
10. Confirm the allocated serial (using button « Done »)
11. Transact the move order line
12. Re-query the transacted serial number -> flexfields are empty
