Symptoms
When attempting to create a Service Contract from a Sales Order, the process does not work. The following error occurs in the Service Contracts Order Processing Program log file.
ERROR
l_subsc_flag N
l_order_rec.fqty 1 l_qty 0 shippable_flag N
Order line 8140687 not fulfilled
STEPS
1. Using the Order Management responsibility.
2. Create a Sales Order referencing an existing Customer Product.
3. Book the Sales Order.
4. Run the Service Contracts Order Processing Program.
5. No contract is created and the log file shows the indicated errors.
