Symptoms

On : 12.2.10 version, Change Order

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Comma separators are not appearing for amounts while creating receipts from iProcurement

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should show comma separated amounts  

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iProcurement
2. Receiving Tab
3. Checked that amounts are shown without commas
