Actual Cost Process Error Messages Shows "Warning: Cannot find the inv Balance for item..." (Doc ID 2875634.1)

On : 12.2.9 version, Actual Cost Process

When running Actual Costing for a period, let's call it Period 2, it is giving a warning in the Error Messages about Period 1 such as the following

ERROR
-----------------------
Warning: Cannot find the inv Balance for item <Item Number> in org <Org> for cal <Year> <Period Number 1>.
Some cost cmpnt in cal: <Calendar Name> per: <Period 1 Name> cannot be found for item: <Item Number> org: <Org>.

There is a current onhand balance and there was a balance for the period for which actual costing was run.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Actual Cost Process (OPM Financials > Actual Costs > Actual Cost Process > Actions > Start)
2. Check Error Messages when process completes (OPM Financials > Actual Costs > Actual Cost Process > Actions > View Error Messages)
