When ASL Is Created Through WebADI Or API, Do You Want To Save The Changes Error Appears (Doc ID 2875823.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

When ASL is done through webadi or Invoking APIs, and when navigated to the created supplier line for an item and when we tab out from that line popup window comes with message.

Error:

"Do you want to save changes".

STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Supply base - Approved Supplier List (ASL)
2. Query the ASL created by the API
3. Find that it gives the user a message asking to save changes.
