Symptoms

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

(i) users creates an expense report

(ii) on the Credit Card Transactions Page, the user selects more than 30 credit card transactions

(iii) after selecting the credit card transactions, the user scrolls down the page and encounters large gaps (ie. blank spaces) in the Credit Card Transactions Page

- note, the same issue also happens on the Credit Card Expenses page when trying to process more than 30 credit card transactions
