WIP ECC Data Load Fails On Wip-wodetail Data Set (Doc ID 2876348.1)

Symptoms

When submitting the WIP ECC data load (Discrete Manufacturing), the process fails on the wip-wodetail data set. WIP ECC Data load log shows the following error.

ERROR

There is SQLException while applying load rule for dataset wip-wodetails for job 31,046. Exception details ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_NUMBER", line 20 oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIoer11.processError(T4CTTIoer11.java:509) oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIoer11.processError(T4CTTIoer11.java:461) oracle.jdbc.driver.T4C8Oall.processError(T4C8Oall.java:1104) oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIfun.receive(T4CTTIfun.java:550)

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Manufacturing and Distribution Manager Responsibility.
2. Go to Requests screen.
3. Submit WIP ECC Data Load Program.
4. Full Load completes with error.
5. In ECC Developer, user can review more specifics about which data set has failures(iewip-wodetails).
