On : 12.2.6 version, Landed Cost Calculation
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cost Factor associated from AP to LCM is cannot be seen.
Correction Invoice records stuck in matches interface because to_parent_table_id has no value.
The cost factor associated from AP to LCM is unavailable, but appears on the INL_MATCHES_INT table as Pending, but is stuck even after running the Matches Invoice Interface.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the Cost Factor to be available to process
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. View GL Provision Report in comparison to the Landed Cost PO 407350
2. Note that the Cost Factor not appearing
3. When querying the INL_MATCHES_INT table the record exists, appears to be matched but is not processing further.
