The Line Region of the Quick Sales Order Has Display Issue ( Few Fields Are Hidden)

Symptoms
On : 12.2.11 version, Quick Sales Order form
Actual Behavior
On opening quick sales order form, only 5 fields are getting displayed and user is unable to view other fields in the Lines information.
However, all the other tabs added under Lines section are getting displayed properly. Issue is identified only with "Main" tab of Lines section.
This issue is reported after upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.11
Expected Behavior
Users should be able to view all the fields in the Main" tab of Lines section in Quick Sales Orders screen
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Orders* Returns -> Quick Sales Order form > Main tab of lines section
2. Verify if all the fields are displayed properly in the Main tab
3. If some fields are hidden, right click > show field and check if fields are available to display
4. observe that few fields are hidden and unable to view in show field section as well
