Following error occurs while trying to ship confirm the SO line from "Shipping Transaction Form"

Error : "Delivery details XXXXX, in this delivery, have material status that do not allow ship confirm" while trying to ship confirm order from "Shipping Transaction" form.

Debug Log shows following error messages:

1. Select Order Management responsibility
2. Navigation: Shipping > Shipping Transactions > Query Order > Ship Confirm
