PARGDR: Unable To Generate Revenue Errors: The project does not have an eligible event (Doc ID 2877129.1)

Symptoms

When generating an Invoice against a project and trying to generate the revenue for the same project.
While running Concurrent program "PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Single Project" against a project the output displays rejection reason "The project does not have an eligible event".

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Prerequisites :

1.1 Create a project

1.2 Raise an invoice against it

2. With a projects responsibility run concurrent "PRC: Generate Draft Revenue for a Single Project"




Due to this issue, users cannot  generate Revenue
