ExpInquirySearchPG Error Received In Project Management When Clicking Submit (Plus) Button for Selected Expenditure Items

Symptoms
In Project Management > Financial > Costing region, an error page is returned when we click the "Add" button for selected expenditure items.
Steps to reproduce:
- Using self service project responsibility, navigate to Project: Delivery > Search Projects
- Click on project to open
- Navigate to Financial > Costing
- Under Expenditure Search, Select "Supplier Cost"
- Select an expenditure item by clicking on Check box next to an expenditure item, then select "Add" button
- Error Page is displayed
- Press on "Click here for exception details", the error is received.
