PAXTREPE Error When Attempting to Save PreApproved Batch ORA-20901: Message 20901 Not Found; Product=RDBMS; Facility=ORA ORA-01403: No Data Found (Doc ID 2877156.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create a pre-approved expenditure batch for a newly created operating unit,  the following error message appears in the form:

-: (PATC): ORA-20901: Message 20901 not found; product=RDBMS; facility=ORA
ORA-01403: no data found
--------------------------------------------------------------
FRM-40735: WHEN-VALIDATE-RECORD trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-20002.

 

Steps to reproduce:

  1. From a project responsibility, navigate to Expenditures > Pre Approved Batches > Enter
  2. Enter Batch required details then click on Expenditures
  3. Enter Expenditure and Expenditure items details and save
  4. Receive the error
