Goal

When testing STP2 and the ability to check the box for the Downward Variation the following occurs:

When leaving the Type as 'None' then the form does not allow to tick the Downward Variation box.
When changing the Type to 'Exempt', ' Fixed Amount', or 'Percentage' then form allows to tick the Downward Variation box.

If box is checked after picking one of the following 'Exempt', ' Fixed Amount', or 'Percentage' then switching back to 'None' then an error occurs.

Please confirm if this is expected functionality or a bug?
