Version 12.2.6 iSupplier Portal / Purchasing

When Supplier go to iSupplier Portal - Orders -> Agreements -> Edit line,
 (Page; /oracle/apps/po/document/agreement/webui/BlanketPG)
and download line for BPA, 'Generate PO Line Details ' Concurrent Program Errors.

STEPS;
----------------
1. Buyer Enable supplier catalog authoring for BPA in PO - BWC
2. Supplier go to iSupplier Portal - Orders -> Agreements
  - search for this BPA
  - click Edit Agreements
3. In Update Blanket Purchase Agreement xxx , Rev x page:
  - click Download lines
  -> Confirmation
  Concurrent Request Submitted, You can view the status in View Requests Page, Request ID 8798786
4. View requests:
   -xxxxx Generate PO Line Details Completed Error

  -  'Generate PO Line Details ' Concurrent Program shows error status
