Trade Management Offer Product Line Limits Are Not Getting Updated As Popup Screen Stays Open (Doc ID 2877387.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior

Accrual offer, product line limits are not saving when clicking Ok button.
Limit screen stays open, never saves data.

Same for Fully Accrued Budget when updating offer and for Accrual Offers.


Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Trade Management User > Trade Planning > Offers
2. Create Accrual Offer
3. Add Product, click update (B)
4. Click on Limits icon for the product line
5. Populate, click Ok (B) ... nothing happens
