Maintenance Routing - End Dating Old Operation And Adding New Operation Without Using Graphical Linking (Doc ID 2877491.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 27, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Enterprise Asset Management - Version 12.2.9 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

User has an existing Maintenance Routing that needs one Operation end-date and  a new Operation created in its place.

1. Open the 'Maintenance Routing Network' screen (Routing Network button) and delete the arrows between the operations
2. End-date the old operation (e.g. Seq 20)
3. Enter a new operation (e.g. Seq 25)
4. Go back to the Routing Network, to manually link the new operation with arrows.

Is there Any way to un-link and link the Routing Network without having to draw arrows between the operations? The Operations in the Routing Networks are all dependent on each other, as per the sequence numbers used in the routing. A higher Sequence number will always be dependent on the lower sequence number just before it.

User needs to fix hundreds of these, so is there any other way to fix the Routing Networks (arrows)
