Symptoms
Problem Statement
When a user adds an action to a collection plan, the following error occurs;
Error
FRM-40501: ORACLE error: unable to reserve record for update or delete.
Steps to Reproduce
- Quality > Setup > Collection Plan > Search Collection plan > Actions
- Add an action record and save.
- Add another action record and save.
- The error occurs.
