In : 12.2.8 version, Grade / Step Progression

When attempting to add grade step to the Assignment, the following error occurs.

APP-PER-289276: Please enter a valid step id. The progression points for the selected grade step exceeds the ceiling point for the grade scale or the employee's special ceiling point.

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to application with HRMS Manager > Total Compensation > Total Compensation Setup Wizard
2. Select the Grade/Step Progress Business Area
3. Query your Grade Ladder
4. Update or change the setup to the Grade Ladder by creating new step to the Grades
5. Change the sequence keeping the same ceiling point.
Example: Existing Steps for the Grade G1
10 Step1
20 Step2
30 Step3
40 Step4 -- Celling

Updating as like below
10 Step1
20 Step2
25 step3
30 Step4
40 Step5 -- Celling

6. Try assigning the grade step to the employee.
N> People > Enter and Maintain form > Query the employee > Click on Assignment button > go to other Button
Select Grade Step from the LOV.
7. Getting above mentioned error.
