Order Lines Are Stuck In Invoiced Status For Order Using Header Level Invoice Interface Workflow (Doc ID 2877927.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Using the following workflow, then some of the return order lines are stuck in "Invoiced" status and order header status is "Invoice Interface - Complete".


The line workflow is in "Wait for Invoice Interface" Notified status

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Steps to Reproduce
This issue cannot be reproduced at will.
