WEB ADI Journals Upload Error: Run-time error '75': Path/file Access error (Doc ID 2877958.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to upload journal entries via Web Application Desktop Integrator (WebADI), the following error occurs:

Microsoft Visual Basic

 Run-time error '75': Path/file Access error

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to General Ledger responsibility
2. Navigate to Journals > Launch Journal Wizard
3. Create desired template and enter data
4. Submit the template upload
