When user try to apply annual leave using absence form below error appears

   ORA - 06512 at apps.HR_PERSON_ABSENCE_API line 1002


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login HRMS Manager Responsibility

2. Enter and Maintain -> query for above employee and click on find

3. Others->absence -> apply absence with start date after certain date above error throws
