Exception ORA-01722: invalid number, When Adding OU Restriction To CLM Document Style. (Doc ID 2878271.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to add operating unit to CLM document style, the following error occurs.

STEPS


1. Navigate to CLM Purchasing Super User responsibility -> Setup -> Purchasing -> Document Styles.
2. Click on update icon corresponding to document style name xxxxx_AWARD.
3. From the Update Document Style page, select Operating Unit from the List of Values and click on Apply.
4. Reported error occurs.
