When Running Collections for OPM, the Planning ODS Load Worker is Erroring With "Unique index violated - "OPERATION_RESOURCES_U1_PRD"" in the Log File (Doc ID 2878293.1)

Symptoms

When running Collections for OPM, the Planning ODS Load Worker is ending in error, with the following message in the log file:

Unique index violated - "OPERATION_RESOURCES_U1_PRD"
ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P001

STEPS

1. Run Collections (under responsibility Advanced Planning and Scheduling (Process Operations), OPM Supply Chain Planner, or OPM Material Planner, go to Collections > Oracle Systems > Standard Collection).
2. When Collections completes, check the Planning ODS Load Worker log (View > Requests > Find).
