Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version, Collections Agent UI
Not able to select a newly created work item to add it to an existing strategy. In the iex_stry_temp_work_items_tl table, the value "INSERTED" is found in column ZD_SYNC while other work items have SYNCED.
