When viewing the Cost Distribution Line (CDL) details for an expenditure item in Expenditure Inquiry (PAXTRAPE), there are three CDL's with the following data:

CDL
Line Number = 1
Type = Raw
Amount = 1633,60

Distribution Line Status:
Status = Accepted
Date = 01-03-2021
Detail = Final Accounted in Oracle Subledger Accounting
NOTE: There is a Debit and Credit account assigned

CDL
Line Number = 2
Type = Raw
Amount = -1633,60

Distribution Line Status:
Status = Generated
Date = NULL
Detail = No accounting events required
NOTE: There is a Debit and Credit account assigned -->backing out is populated on CDL line number 1


CDL
Line Number = 3
Type = Raw
Amount = 1633,60

Distribution Line Status:
Status = Generated
Date = NULL
Detail = No accounting events required
NOTE: There is a Debit account assigned -->There is no Credit account

1. Why does the "Detail" on CDL lines 2 and 3 state "No accounting events required" ?
2. Why is the credit account not populated on CDL line number 3 ?
