Symptoms

After application of Patch 33906891, all users are getting an error in the Invoice Review form after clicking "Find" for an Award.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Apply Patch 33906891
  2. Grants Accounting Responsibility
  3. N - Billing -> Invoice Review
  4. Enter Award, Click Find, Error occurs
