Purpose

In certain scenarios where mobile issues can be replicated but the mobile server cannot be bounced or there is no close maintenance window, Oracle Support may require to provide Mobile Server Logs and or test changes in the mobile configuration within the mwa.cfg file.

This will help to expedite testing scenarios in a live environment and/or collecting the necessary information to help on the troubleshooting process.

How can this be achieved without bouncing the MWA server?
