Error while running Transfer Journal entries to GL in Payables. Below error displayed in Log file

"An internal error occurred.  Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:

An internal error has occurred in the program xla_transfer_pkg.gl_interface_insert.  ORA-06598: insufficient INHERIT PRIVILEGES privilege."

Steps to Replicate

-----------------------

  1. Navigate to Payables Manager => Other => Request => Run 
  2. Submit Transfer Journal entries to GL
  3. The program ends in error and the log shows above error
