Symptoms

Payment Process Profile page, Add Currency button is disappeared when using Oracle seeded Long Check Format.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Payables Manager Responsibility,
2) Setup > Payment > Payment Administrator > Payment Process Profiles
3) query on an existing Payment Process Profile which is using Long Check Format,
4) Add Currency button is disappeared.
