Dutch Wage Report: Tags <IndArbovOnbepTd> , <IndSchriftArbov>, <IndOprov> Missing in the Correction Section Tag <TijdvakCorrectie> (Doc ID 2878828.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

While reviewing the XML output of Dutch Wage report, it was discovered that the tags <IndArbovOnbepTd>, <IndSchriftArbov>, <IndOprov> are missing in the Correction section Tag <TijdvakCorrectie> for the employees who have joined in the middle of the month and salary correction is performed in the next month.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 

1. Using HRMS Responsibility
2. (N) People > Enter and Maintain - Hire an employee on middle of the month (for example: 16th January 2022)
3. (N) Process and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > run "Payroll Run" process for January 2022
4. (N) Process and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > run "Dutch Wage Report" for January 2022
5. (N) People > Enter and Maintain > select the employee defined at step 2 > Assignment > Entries > change the value for Salary element for January 2022
6. (N) Process and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > run "RetroPay Enhanced" process (this process will pick the salary change element from step 5 and correction element will be generated by the process)
7. (N) Process and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > run "Payroll run" for February 2022 (correction element from step 6 will be processed by "Payroll run" on this month)
8. (N) Process and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > run "Dutch Wage Report" with Report Type parameter "XML Report" for February 2022 > check XML output
