Unable To Get Forecast Results For A Particular Owning Department (Doc ID 2878831.1)

Symptoms

In Maintenance Workbench, the Forecast screen not able to return results when Run for a particular criteria.

In this case for a particular department that has around 100 assets.

 

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enterprise Asset Management responsibility
  2. Navigate: Work Order Planning > Maintenance Workbench form
  3. Enter desired department
  4. Click on Launch
  5. Click on Forecast tab
  6. Enter cutoff date and click Run
  7. No WO suggestion occurs.
