GLPREV: Reverse Journals
Symptoms
Attempting to reverse a journal batch and the reversal program ends in error with the following seen in the concurrent request log:
SHRD0014: GLPREV - process exiting with failure.
STEPS
--------
1) Using a General ledger responsibility assigned to the primary ledger.
2) Navigate to Journals -> Enter
3) Query the batch that is needing to be reversed.
4) Select reverse - save.
5) The concurrent request is submitted and the following is seen in the generated log:
GLPREV: Reverse Journals
SHRD0014: GLPREV - process exiting with failure.
This is the only journal batch that is having this issue, other journal batches will reverse with success.
The configuration includes a primary ledger and at least one secondary ledger.
