G-Invoicing Duplicate Groups Are Displayed In Groups Page Menu Tree (Doc ID 2878930.1)

Using G-Invoicing in a MOAC enabled environment with Multiple Orgs, G-Invoicing Groups are getting duplicated and then, when selecting an Operating Unit other than the defaulted one, the search is not working as its not returning the groups for the entered OU - Or it is returning duplicating results.

1. Login to the E-Business Suite and using Responsibility: G-Invoicing Maintenance - Navigate to G-Invoicing Groups
2. The Group is displayed twice in the menu tree
3. Change Operating Unit to one of the others used, and Option of Groups is not returned - or is retuning duplicating results
